PAWS & CLAWS Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PAWS & CLAWS! Before boarding your pet with us, please carefully review and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Pet Health and Safety

 

Certification: All pets must be in good health. Owners must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements before check-in.

 

Vaccinations: Pets must be up-to-date on Rabies, Leptospirosis, and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza). Bordetella (Kennel Cough) is highly recommended.

 

Hygiene: Pets must arrive clean and free of fleas, ticks, and worms. A photo of the vaccination booklet is required.

 

2. Liability

 

Owner's Risk: While we prioritize your pet's well-being, PAWS & CLAWS is not responsible for illness, injury, pregnancy, loss, or death of any pet or belongings during their stay.

 

Tick Removal: Any ticks found will be safely removed, and additional care will be arranged if necessary, at the owner’s expense.

 

3. Veterinary Care

 

Authorization: PAWS & CLAWS is authorized to seek veterinary care if needed. We will attempt to contact your pet’s vet but may use another vet in emergencies. All costs, including transport, are the owner’s responsibility.

 

Unneutered Dogs: Owners accept the potential risk of pregnancy and agree that PAWS & CLAWS is not liable for related incidents.

 

4. Boarding Requirements

 

Emergency Contact: Provide at least one emergency contact to take responsibility for your pet in case of health or behavior concerns.

Food and Supplies: Owners must supply sufficient food and necessary items for their pet’s stay. Additional costs apply if supplies run out.

 

Medication: PAWS & CLAWS will make reasonable efforts to administer medication as directed. Veterinary assistance costs will be billed to the owner.

 

Aggressive Behavior: Aggressive pets may be refused or removed at the owner's expense. Disclose any behavioral issues prior to booking.

 

5. Booking and Payments

 

Adjustments: Early pickups or changes will result in credit toward future stays. Full booking fees still apply.

 

Payment: Payment is due upon arrival unless otherwise arranged. Pets will not be released until full payment is received. Long-term stays exceeding 30 days may be paid monthly.

 

Peak Periods: Additional charges may apply during peak seasons (e.g., Songkran, Christmas, New Year).

 

6. Policies and Guidelines

 

Operating Hours: Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Services outside these hours may incur an additional fee.

 

Late Collection: Notify us of delays promptly. Extensions are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

 

No Visitation: Pets cannot have visitors during their stay. If removed from the premises, reentry is allowed only during operating hours.

 

7. Personal Items

 

Owner’s Risk: Personal items such as toys, bedding, or medication are left at the owner’s risk. PAWS & CLAWS is not liable for loss or damage.

 

8. Media and Promotions

 

Photography: PAWS & CLAWS may use photos of pets for marketing purposes. Notify us in writing if you wish to opt-out.

 

9. Uncollected Pets

 

If a pet is not collected within 7 days of the due date and the owner cannot be reached, PAWS & CLAWS reserves the right to rehome the pet.

 

10. Zero Tolerance Policy

 

Any form of verbal or physical abuse toward staff or animals will result in immediate termination of services.

 

11. Changes to Terms

 

PAWS & CLAWS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be shared promptly.

 

By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
